Keatsway’s Chocolate Fundraiser is off to a sweet start. To date we have raised nearly $2000 for our school through chocolate sales and your generous donations too. That’s a quarter of what was raised last year, so please keep on selling, eating, and giving! Your support directly helps every student in the school. Thank-you!
How are the funds used?
The money raised will support School Council programs and purchases including field trips, student activities, classroom needs and special projects.
We chose not to sell chocolate. Can we make a donation instead?
Yes, donations of any amount are gratefully accepted! Cheques can be made payable to “Waterloo Education Foundation – Keatsway Public School” and a tax receipt will be issued for amounts of $15 or more. The amount donated will be counted towards the classroom total for prizes, and all families making donations of $45 or more will qualify for the draw prizes.
What are the prizes?
There are 3 top seller prizes: a hydraulic scooter (valued at $200), and two gift cards from Mastermind toys ($125 and $75)
There are 10 draw prizes: $50 for family bowling at Bingeman’s King Pin Bowling Lanes, $30 for Yogurty’s, Tetris Jenga game, Wilson Football, Bead Pets craft kit, Stuffed Moose toy, 4 gift baskets of treats and small toys.
There are 2 top class prizes: TCBY frozen yogurt parties for the class that raises the most money, and the class that has the highest level of participation.
When does this fundraiser end?
Final Day: Tuesday, October 21. All money (and unsold chocolate) must be returned to school by this day. Returns after this day will not be eligible for the draw or class prizes.
