The Keatsway School Council maintains an email list for publishing council news, announcing volunteer opportunities, and distributing other relevant information. You can subscribe to the list either at this link or by emailing keatsway-council-leaders@googlegroups.com with SUBSCRIBE in the subject line.
The council’s purpose is to improve student achievement and enhance the accountability of the education system to parents. The council meets roughly monthly during the school year to receive updates from the school and organize projects and events. Past council projects include planning the yearly science fair, building the new playground, and organizing the Pizza Mondays, Winter Marketplace, Cookie Day, Math Night and Pasta night dinner. Council volunteers also help with the Nutrition for Learning program, home reading book repair, and many other projects around the school.
