The City of Waterloo in partnership with Keatsway Public School invites you to Claire’s Cycling Event! Please consider joining us on Wednesday June 20th from 6-8 for an evening of fun!
We will be meeting at Keatsway at 6:00, biking together to Waterloo Town Square where there will be games and activities and biking back. Please bring your bike, a helmet and be ready to have some fun!!
Below you will find a general consent form for the event, as well as a photo consent and release form that need to be filled out to participate in the event and a general information letter about the event. The map that is mentioned in the general information letter is not ready as yet . Please print off the two consent forms and forward them to the school by Wednesday June 20th. Hope to see you there!
